Already since the early 19th century Brazil is known as the largest coffee exporter worldwide. So far so good. Anyhow, who because of that believes that Brazilian coffee is marked by quantity instead of class is very much mistaken.
Have a close look at the Sertão farm(fazenda) where specialty coffee grows in a symbiosis with native forest, mineral water springs and grazing for Girolando cattle. Class instead of quantity has been practiced here for decades. Since it was organized as a matriarch for over 70 years, female attributes such as community, creativity and health have been fosters continuously and are port of the dna of their coffees.
Talking about symbiosis, which greater one between South America and Africa could you ask for then mixing it with fine robusta from Uganda?
Voilà - our Afro-Brazil Espresso blend is its wonderful result.
Cupping notes: blueberry, apricot, chocolate
